Bans

Is it just me or does it seem like certain people are getting banned over and over on here? I know of one active member who has been banned multiple times over the past couple months, and I can't think of what he possibly did wrong. Is that the state of these forums now, or did I miss something? Anyone who has questions please pm me, as I don't want to put any individuals on public blast without the right info.

I think the aiming forum produces the most bans per post.
Talk to a Mechanic produces a few bans.
Cuemakers get into it once in a while.

So not all bans come from the main....we’ve had a few on NPR also.

The length of bans can vary greatly

I saw that justinb386 got banned on the Mezz Cue Fan Page in only one day.
He was asking a lot of questions about a Mezz he bought and he couldn’t find a description.
People posted pictures but he kept asking for a value.
Some guy gave a link to a Japanese site in Yen.
Then he wanted a Japanese Yen Conversion.
Then a inflation rate conversion from 1998 to 2017 dollars.
People were giving him answers and pointing to links so that he could find the info himself.
He shot back that the people there didn’t need to be so rude.
He’s either left or they got rid of him.
No more listing under member search.

Yeah well Justin B is a piece of work anyway. He asked me on fb a couple days ago about some cues, then said he didn't like them 5 minutes after he said he liked them, only to be asking for values on here. Idk how many screws are loose there, but I'm just going to shake my head and laugh about it. I'm more asking does anyone know what Ideologist did? He was banned for a week, came back only to be banned within an hour again. Seems weird.

Pretty sure it had to do with the language used towards people in the last thread he was a part of. Just skimming it, things got fairly vulgar.

Do you mean Justin, or Ideologist? I've seen Ideologist get defensive, but he's usually much more creative with his wording. Justin meanwhile....well yeah

where is Mezz Cue Fan Page, on FB ?

Seems to me if you're banned you don't get to come back. Perhaps, time out, would be a better term! Kind of like what they do with misbehaving children these days!!

So Justin survived living in the cockroach motel only to be banned by the heavy hand of the moderator.

Perspective Justin. :D

Even Paul McCartney got kicked out of here. He wrote a song about it you may have heard of:

Banned, on the Run.

boo......:killingme::killingme:

Banned...A ban has to be earned. A ban cannot be bought or transferred ...ya gotta earn it.

There was also a group of guys from Canada on here that all got kicked out.

They formed a musical group called "The Banned" so they could write some protest songs about it.

Those that use Ban are Banned. BANNED...underarm protected. How are your pits today. Do the public a favor...Be BANNED.

Suggesting that a specific person or group of people needs to die seems to do the trick on every sub forum

You do not know what you are talking about. I am not banned from the Mezz group, but the person who I felt was being rude to me may have gotten banned from the group.

A member there was being a smart ass to me (and I felt like he was being rude to me), so I told him that I did not need any smart ass replies from him.

After it appeared that his replies were deleted, then I deleted my replies.

If people are not going to be nice in their replies, then I would rather not read their replies, no matter how helpful the info they give me is.

All of the other members of the group were very nice, until that guy came along. He just made me really angry.

I am starting to feel like you are a stalker too, as another forum member here has labeled you. Can you please leave me alone, and stop talking about me on the forum? I never did anything to wrong you.

I find it hard to believe that many posters on this forum have not been banned (and probably never will be). Way too many jerks on this forum, and the admins are just fine with their nasty behavior.

I do not have the slightest clue what you are talking about.
