Bar or Pool Hall League pool

Don't get me wrong, if I want to just practice or meet up with someone, it's going to be at a pool hall. When I won't to get on a Diamond and I have time, I go to the Crooked Cue.

I couldn't do either due to the smoking. Without getting too graphic the cigs are just plain awful in so many ways. If I had to chose the least smoky environment would be my choice. Took my cues once to Florida and went to one pool hall and never wanted to do it again. Tough choice to have to possibly sacrifice your health to play pool. Maybe you should take up golf!
 
leagues hall or bar

Its leagues your teammates drama, problems will become yours either way. Connections can be made either way, choose the one with the easiset to get along league operator and make it known your there for fair n fun competition and don't get drawn into gossip. Learn to let your eyes haze over at the start of gossip or walk away. Always make a note to re aplologize with a smile the week after a heated discussion. And definetly play where they have Diamonds!!! Have fun
