Thanks Curt for the kind words!! I really try to make them the best way I can with that old 1923 antique stove I have for now. It takes a while to get that sucker up to snuff and then I have to monitor how high the flame level is with the burners. Plus, having a stove thermometer has helped for the past 20 years.
This year, I am buying a 48", 6 burner with griddle, dual fuel, full oven with companion oven, GE Monagram series free standing sucker. I can make 16 lbs of nuts at a time. Plus, I think it will be a hoot to see the kitties trying to stick their position on the hardwood floors in the kitchen when I turn on the 1500 CFM fan we're installing. (just kidding - only the little 6.5 lb Girlie-girl will be scratching the floors!

)
I mentioned to Dawn and Allen that I might get a booth next year to sell nuts and Allen said he'd go in with me on that since he saw someone in NC make out over $45K on his deal, and they weren't as good as what I make.
I'm really thinking about going into the biz, but I need to know what kinds of licenses I need to proceed to make and sell food stuffs.
Take care and enjoy YOUR NUTS!!!
