First of Huge thanks to Tommy for sending me this cue to photograph!!

Some might argue what my Title claims, but i would love to see another merry widow Without any inlay that's as beautiful and complex as this cue.

This cue is simply spectacular and it needs to be since it's made using probably one of the most beautiful wood i've seen in cue making. Dave Barenbrugge's unique ringwork is mesmerising to look at especially so with Level 4 ringwork being used widely on this cue.

I also understand that this is the first segmented handle cue with fancy ringwork. I'm guessing this is Level 2 ringwork in-between segments.
On top of that this is the first bumperless Barenbrugge with polish weight bolt and it is truly very polished (check out pictures).

I have seen my fair share of high end cues and have a very small collection of decent cues and the quality and details on this cue is right up there with the very best of them.

The finishing is GLASS, it glistens and shines and i truly believe that if Dave added some facets on this cue we'd have the largest diamond in the world...
Every single detail has been well looked after by Dave and hence what we have is a masterpiece.

Enough yapping..here are the pictures..enjoy...

Different angles of the beautiful Hickory Burl...

Now for the creator to SHINE!!

Dammit, Jive!!

Buy something ugly for once!!!

And learn to take inferior pictures!!!

Great looking piece there! I'm jelly

The following are Macro Shots, meaning a lot of these details are not visible or easily visible to the naked eye. So if you see something you don't like trust me it's not like that in flesh, so why did i take these pictures? 'Cos the ringwork is just amazing and only the best can stand up to such scrutiny!

This is a very very difficult cue to part with buddy you know that full well since you have one on your lap right now..

As for the Hercek, you have my address... how about those Bushkas? There aren't many nice pics of those around

Barenbrugge

You guys are having way to much fun! : ) I need lessons in picture taking, and the cue is spectacular! Congrats
Thanks for the show

Looking at this pics will, give some sleepless Nights ... Man, what an beauty, perfect in every little detail!!!!!

whats a plain jane/ merry widow exactly?? a cue with a single wood forearm and no inlays?? bc I thought they were the most basic of woods with a butt cap. this is not a plain or merry anything, this is a "fancy" cue in my opinion, and if this is a PJ/MW, than the title is correct.

Outstanding cue Jive.. Interesting that he used different ringwork in the segments and the collars.. Love the look..
