This is pretty slick, the BCA office is now located outside Denver yet it keeps EST time insted of MST. I've never heard of a business doing that so if you live on the west coast you gotta call em by 2:30 MST or they are gone. Must be nice to create your own time zone. You'd think there would be some Federal regulation against it;) It just feels like the BCA is actually getting further and further away from what actually got em to be profitable. Oh well.
 
Operations for the BCA are located in Atlanta, so they really are on the east coast.

I know, but when you call the CO bricks and mortar office, they too keep the ESTimes. FWIW
 
There is no functional CO office. Only the CEO of the BCA lives in Denver. The rest of the BCA operations have been farmed out to a third party company out of Atlanta GA. The BCA staff was mostly disbanded and laid off several months ago.
