I just sent an email requesting info on the single events in vegas. Anyone know how many events a person can play. I would like to play in all open - Grand master. Probably won't make the trip if there is only 1 or 2 events to play.

I am pretty sure there would be issues with matches conflicting and thus they would not allow it. Last year anyone was allowed to enter the 10-ball event though for I believe $750 entry so you could enter the open, masters, or grand masters and also the pro event, unless the pro event is different this year. There is always the TAR bar and matching up there or on the front cash tables as well. If you have never been to the BCA rest assured if you go deep in the open you wont want to be in another event, you play matches from 8 in the morning to 12 that night with little time in between.

You can only play in 1 Team event too, unless your team gets eliminated early, then you can join the 2nd Chance Tournament (teams of 4 for men).
So to answer your question. At best you can play in 6 events.
9-ball Challenge
Scotch Doubles (either Open or Masters)
Singles (Open or Masters)
Grand Masters Singles (If you get eliminated from Open early)
Team (Open or Masters)

Not sure on the Pro event, as you'd have to qualify for it, I believe.
You can play mini-tournaments on many nights, unlimited. You can play action 24/7 if you like. You can play Artistic Pool and Speed Pool too.
So to answer your question. At best you can play in 6 events.
