Here is a pristine Scruggs that was undoubtedly built by Mike Cochran. Four Ebony points into Straight Grained Maple. M.O.P. notched diamonds and dots. SS sleeved flat faced joint with radial pin. Butt cap could be ivory, but I cannot confirm 100%. Perfect "Antique" leather wrap (that is what Tasc calls them and there is an uncharge form them). Custom TS engraved joint caps I believe were made by Jim Baxter.
Butt weighs 15.5oz. One shaft is 13mm at 3.7oz, the other is 12.75mm at 3.6oz. Both have ivory ferrules. One has very light play and the other appears to be unplayed.
