Beijing Open 2011 thread

FINAL 4 MATCHES:

CHANG JUNG LIN (TPE) vs NICK VAN DEN BERG (NED)

ROBERTO GOMEZ (PHI) vs EFREN REYES (PHI) or FU CHEI WEI (TPE)

EFREN VS FU CHEI WEI match has started already. Whoever wins will be matching up against Gomez.

I think this is the live link for the EFREN vs FU match. The live stream keeps on buffering though:

Full speed power break yes. Gomez breaks just like that WPC final against Peach.

Now we wait for Efren...

Gomez is the 'dark horse' here. He has a propensity of fading out in the final stretches though. In case Eren wins his current match vs FU, we will see a pinoy vs pinoy match for a seat in the finals.

the stream works for me with internet explorer. But i have no sound, is it normal?

Maybe the USA limits bandwidth from China (if that is the right word) for security purposes.

I am in Virginia but the feed keeps on buffering and I have to hit REFRESH to get it going again.

There is no audio.

Nothing working here in NY for me.

Guess ill try a reboot.

Score now 6 - 3 FU. With only 2 balls left, I thought FU was going to make it 7 to 2, then my stream stopped. When I refreshed, Efren is only down 6 to 3 and is breaking. He does not appear to be playing good at all though. Let us see if he can recover.

You can also try this:
Download and install VLC media player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

And go to: Media->Open Network Stream and paste this URL: mms://220.181.20.81/sports20 This URL can be found by right clicking on the streaming window of the site and selecting Properties.

VLC runs the stream better than any browser . No sound sadly.

P.S. Is it my idea or the pockets are HUGE?

I think it is all over for Efren.

Just looking forward to the semifinals matches tomorrow.

Does anyone know what time it starts?
