Until they become restricted to the point you cannot sell them. Just like Ivory.

The trick to making money buying or selling even if you are just holding a few hours or days is to make your money on the front end. A man bought thirty-five acres of land a week or so ago. He tried to sell it at fifty percent mark up a few hours later. He at least thinks he got in right! That is the only way to consistently make money though as I did on many purchases of small pieces of land. Buy cheap, up the value if you can, then sell at your price.
