Best Place to Buy Predator 314?

I know there have been a thousand threads on this. However I'm finally going to buy my first 314. Where is the best place to buy it online or even in a store. I really don't care much about saving a few bucks I just want a good quality predator shaft. I heard that you have to worry about unstraight predator shafts a lot too. Is that true? Also, I don't stay up on it so I don't know, is the P3 out yet? Thanks in advance.
