the best place to live in pool is where you have a place to playing any time you want and with a good and nice owner that will takl with you and treet you like a good man, the last place I dont havent gont in a long time was because the owner was a stingy guy like you know tightwad. I spend 65 dollars in one day from parctising ALL day and after the time I paid I had 1 dollar left and I was thirsty for a beer and a beer is 3.50, I asked him that I didnt have the extra for the beer and all I had was a dollar left and if I could get the beer and pay him next time. When he said no I said I wouldnt never come back and not my freinds either, I amd annoyed just to think of that day.....

He should have charged you $66 for the pool time.

I hope to one day call California home. My wife's parents have a home in Manhattan Beach and we hope to inherit it some day and move out there. There I take up residence at Hard Times Bellflower. I dream of a large pool hall with no smoking...ahhh not to have my eyes burn. I plan on living there on weekends if she will let me HA HA.

Florida is okay, but too spread out. Spring Hill seems to be the place to be, with Rodney and Robb over that way. Melbourne is pretty dead. Best pool hall here is full of thugs and druggies.

Shorty you need to get out more :)

Cocoa has 8 pool halls within a 10 mile radius. A lot of them having some very good players including Gi Young Kim and Jeanie Seaver. The couple of times that I have been to the pool hall that you speak of they had some great talent there as well. Not to mention the FL Pro tour that stops by every once in a while. I was in california for a long time and I can tell you some stories about dead pool!!! Expensive and think of having to drive to Port St John when you wanted to play because it was your closest pool hall. Major Tourneys only had 2 well known players in them and the venue was set up that you couldn't get near them. The prices here are very reasonable and you never have a problem finding a game.

Tampa/Palm Harbor/Spring Hill is probably the best in the pool scene right now. Can't forget about Tony Crosby and Buddy Hall to go along with Rodney Morris/Rob Saez. Is it true that Earl is moving down here? I didn't know that, and would love to have confirmation if it's true.

There are more FL pro tour stops (Capones, Strokers, Planet 9-ball) here than anywhere, plus it's close enough to the FL open (Jacksonville) and Atlanta Open UPA events.

There are a number of high quality non-pros in the area.
