There are no solutions.
It appears that anything anyone tries to do ends up worse that what is currently happening.

Liberty. The more there is, the more likely there is prosperity for the most Persons.

Also, more liberty/prosperity means good folks are more able to help the worse off. Not just throwing money at the problem, but actual, personal help that works long-term.

Hey, folks. I was wondering what the az forums believe the best poolroom in Austin, TX is?
I've tried Warehouse billiards, and it was fine, but it doesn't seem like a place for serious players.
