What is the bigger spot, the last 2 or 2 on the rail to 9?
I would prefer to give up the 2 on the wire. I believe I would be able to get even at five or six, then we are playing even the rest of the way.Jim Kuykendall said:What is the bigger spot, the last 2 or 2 on the rail to 9?

masonh said:with b players and up 2 games on the wire is a much stronger spot.the better you play the better the 2 on the wire is.
if the math is between two helpless pool playes who can't make 3 in a row then it might go the other way.
remember 2 games on the wire is always there too.some sest you might cathc up with two quick ones but if you lose two quick ones then you are down 4-0,a tough hole to dig out of.
for a players the last is no spot at all and the 2 on the wire is pretty stout.it is a 20% edge basically every set.
