Tell me more about Case_ace25 and why you share several IP addys with him.
I'm a little curious as to why Case ace has only 9 posts total...yet of the 5 reps he's been given...4 were by you. I'd also consider him an ingrate, seeing as he never bothered to rep you back . Go figure, eh?

She is a pool player and has a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in pool to her credit and has every right to have a user name.

For the record I do not have PayPal. The owner of the cue i listed has PayPal and will accept that method of payment for his cue. All inquiries have been forwarded to him. He is not an azer.

Okay, I don't now who the seller is nor the buyers. But the seller (Dave Sutton) has 4 negative feedback ratings and 3 of them most recent.
I honestly don't know how you can defend 3 different buyers complaining about the same thing, "Dave Sutton, took my money and never received goods nor refund. "Dave Sutton, if you are a man, and really care about Pride and what you sell and what kind of a person you are, you should do the right thing. If you are a scammer, have petty greed, and just a shady person, then you do what you must.
I wouldn't take $5 dollars from ANYONE here if it would cost me 3 negative feedbacks. And it doesn't matter who is on here longer, the buyers don't have 3 Negative feedback, I'd rather trust someone with Zero (0) feedbacks than a douch with 50 feedbacks and 3 recent negatives.
You can have 100,000 posts, 10,000 feedbacks but if 50% of it is Negative, what's so great about you?

Hey. You attacked me. I did not attack you. I stick up for you. I think you do a great job and are more then fair. Even being on the wrong side of your wrath. I can admit it was my fault. My mouth got out of line and i paid the price. I also promised you privately I would make things right and I have to the best of my ability. I've sent cues and gave refunds as promised. It will take time and it will happen.
I don't care what a few think of me. I can honestly do without their "wish I had the money, that's a beast ,wow" comments in my for sale thread. Odds are half these "guests" have also been calling for your head. So goes to show you how much they matter.
I made a promise to you and I am working to fulfill that promise
The best I can. I have stayed out of trouble and have 5-6 sales on here since that incident without a hitch.
I have tried multiple avenues multiple times to get square up with roger with no response. What more can I do??! I even showed proof.
Here are pic of the thread I posted when I refunded Rex and the one of the three pms I sent to roger that werent responded to.

I think it would have been less painful to have just paid the 300.00 or whatever else it took to make things right. Now, I see a reputation that was worked hard for long ago sinking fast because of recent events. That is truely a sad thing to see indeed no matter what amout or services is owed.

Ok. Let's break down these 3 neg I traders
Mcues. Recieved his item immediately. Damaged by ups. Returned to ups the next day for a ups refund NOT ME. -1 bad i trader
Refund received from UPS
Rogwin. Sent 3 PMs and posted in threads over 5 months stating your cue is ready to ship please contact me. Sorry for the delay. NO CONTACT. -1 bad I trader.
Onepocket1 cue was lost in shipping subsequently showed up broken in the handle. I POSTED PICS OF THE BROKEN CUE. Offered another cue at a greatly discounted price which was agreed to then HE renigged bc I wouldn't send him the cue WITHOUT PAYMENT. Offered to pay for escrow out of pocket but was turned down because he never planned on paying the difference to me. For his dishonesty he will wait. -1 bad itrader.
Nowhere in any of these 3 deals did I try to run off with someone's money.

All this trouble came from Mario. Mcues lying saying I owed him
Money when his saw got delivered damaged by ups. He returned the saw to ups for a refund and not me. There for ups refunded him
