Nobody offered to buy the cue Dave....they inquired about a price....big difference
As for checking the cue like i was told....are you kidding me....Am I on trial here? Take a look at Tates thread on the cue you tried to sell him...I think that sums up your character!

Let me understand this......You do know Richard isn't taking orders right now, and you do know that his waiting list is 5-6 years......Is that 650.00 offer based on the fact that the shafts are light and the nose has a roll???

im just gonna let your comments go. 3 ppl haveoffered to buy the cue now. saying i will take it means they will but it.

10 pll tell you what to do. you ignore everyone. why single me out? have u put the cue in a lathe. u told professionals in this buisness that they cant convince you it is straight no matter what. you ask for help but ignore everyone. this should die bc you both are hopeless

ask the 20 others how i deal. i never tried to screw tate. he got the cue thursday and got a refund saturday. stop reaching!!!

does this help prove my point. i was only trying to help. i never put u on trial.

u attacked everyone that tried to help you and everyone that has said they made thousands of dollars in deals with john. i am taking your side.

you rolled the cue on a carpet and i need to do my homework. lol how many of them shafts have inserts. i just sold a jr with 4.3 and 4.7 oz shafts

Here's my point Dave, and please read slowly.....You have to be CRAZY to believe that I would take any written advice you have posted on what I should do about checking the straightness of a cue...YOU tried to pass off a BOOMERANG as a pool cue.....just because you refunded Tate's funds doesn't mean your off the hook......It takes big b_ _ _s for someone to even package a cue in that condition and send it off like you did.....I almost thought it was a joke.....

Are you still with me Mr. Sutton or is this going to fast for you? For the sake of argument lets just say the so called warped nose is part of Richards taper ( it isn't but I'm feeling agreeable today)..The fact that the shaft weights were misrepresented by 4/10 oz is enough to warrant a refund period.....I really dont care that you dont have any shafts in this weight range....I really dont care that you feel 4.0 oz shafts are un heard of with out inserts.....the facts are I was led to believe the shafts were 4.0 oz and they were not.....these shafts were put on 3 scales....and all measurements were in the 3.6 range.....now there were many comments stating that the shaft weights alone would be a deal killer......so lets let this thread die as I requested.

I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A FIGHT, AND I'M NOT DEFENDING ANYBODY, BUT HE DID REFUND THE MONEY. I HAVE SHIPPED OUT CUES, WITHOUT CHECKING THEM, TO FIND OUT LATER THAT THEY WERE NOT STRAIGHT. I BUY CUES, SOMETIMES THEY SIT FOR YEARS WITHOUT ME TOUCHING THEM. I SELL IT AND SEND IT OUT, AND THERE IS AN ISSUE. AS LONG AS IT WAS MADE RIGHT, THAT'S WHAT MATTERS. HE DID ISSUE A REFND VERY QUICKLY.

P.S. I STILL THINK YOU SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND.

thank you. i dont know why he is attacking me. i ment no disrespect and i was trying to help him.

i agree he should get a refund. but he wont so now "we" as a community have to help him. he asked for it right?

thanks for the kind works. i never want to hurt anyone. as a matter of fact chris and i talked about making another deal that saturday in our hour long talk. lol. i have 20 deals and 1 went bad. i made it right asap. chris would have had a refund friday but i had money in limbo between my bank and paypal

Its obvious your reading skills are lacking and you need some tutoring....I have patience Dave and I'll work with you...let's start out slow ok?

The reason I made the video of the cue on the carpet was to make sure I knew how to operate the video portion of the camera .......thats it ....It wasn't made to show the roll in the cue....If you can navigate through this thread and make it to post # 81 and post # 37 You can read my explanation......now Dave if you have problems finding those posts please pm I will help you find them......lets not use this thread anymore ok....Thanks
