What would be the point of bashing you if they didn't use your real name? If a false name was used nobody would know who he is taking about.

the only reason he would be worried about real names is if he had something to hide. judging by the way he acts and the messege he left me i dont know he is the most honest guy.

the only thing i learn is, that it seems to be very easy to ruin someones reputation with wrong statements.
i hope, none of the people around, who follows the basher, will come in a similar situation.

and what can it be, i am trying to hide? there is nothing! i am only defending myself.

Paypal is putting people into a no-win situation. They let the money flow from Germany to USA but then say they only offer protection for confirmed addresses, which is not even possible to Germany.

In other words, even if cbi had used a service that did track right to the door, and get a signature, Paypal would still award any claims to the buyer. No confirmed address == no protection for the seller.

Dude, sorry if you feel like this is bashing your rep. I'm only telling my side of the story to anyone who CHOOSES to read it.

BTW, i just scanned a copy of the receipt with the same tracking number i've givin you 10 times. I hope you have better luck it it, and better luck with your future purchases. I know i sure will. :)

So that everyone knows, i refunded the cash, sent tracking number 10 billion (with a B) times, and now sent a copy of the receipt. I have no idea what more i can do to help this guy out.

i've never seen something ridiculous like that: no adresses at it, only the tracking number (you sent exactly only one time, which was sufficient for me), and you lost it yourself some how, so i had to sent your own tracking number back to you for filing a claim. like my adress (i sent it 3 times + one time through paypal) and the receipt (you lost two times).

ok, you are tired, i will keep trying to find out, where this shaft can be. dhl told me after my third (long) try at phone, that it is nearly impossible to find out something about it. the customs will not publish any informations i was told. ok. so i have to wait and give a try later.

I agree, the post office receipt is a joke. But that's not my doing.

The receipt did get misplaced, wife put it away in here stuff. But, i found it again.

And, the receipt was misplaced AFTER i had already given you the stinking tracking number....again.

and i handle very careful with adresses, names or numbers. you have to give such informations to me only once!
somehow i got the feeling, that your way of business is a little 'chaotic'.

Confirmed addresses are possible in Canada and England, too. And at least to Canada it's also possible to easily get tracking door to door including signatures shown online. Not sure about England.

I always used USPS for my items and never had a problem (20+ shippings)
Normaly 5 to 7 days (Including customs).

2 cents more from Austria ;-)

dude, don't get me started. I've done business here many many many times and i've never with an issue, not once. Then you came along.

Saying anything about how i do business is only adding to your own self promoting rep. Please keep in mind that i refunded all your money even though i can't 100% prove if you did or did not receive the item.

I have personally purchased many cues, shafts and cases from Craig (cb1000)
He is a straight forward seller!
I would buy from him any time with out even thinking about it.

He refunded the money.
Now let?s see if customs held up the shaft
If so you own Craig the money.

I hope ever thing work out for; the buy and seller, right now the seller (cb1000) is out the money and a shaft and the buy is out nothing.

I KNOW cb1000 is an honest seller, I hope you (the buyer) are just as honest once you receive the shaft

P.S. do attack people rep that have nothing to do with the sale, we are just throwing in our opinions on a PUBLIC forum that is what it is here for.

if you did your business right, i would have got the item.
from here it seems like you should have use a bottle for shipment, hoping it will find the way through...

i did not start this thread. if you can't stand the facts, you should be quiet :D

so craig, can you proove 100%, that you send the shaft to my correct adress? maybe you got it already back? refunding the money then will let appear you very generous...
my suspicion is as good or bad as yours!

I knew better than to read this whole thread, but it is like a train wreck...so I pulled over to watch. OMG the carnage is bad, but I really think IMHO that both of the parties involved should submit all of their e-mail and PM correspondence in this public forum.:)
