Beware of Singernak part 2

Hello all,

Just wanted to let you all know that Singernak is trying to sell the TAD I traded him and he said he had gotten refinished and had the barrel replaced and that I paid for. I wouldn't even bother saying anything but he still hasn't sent me my third shaft and not only is he a liar but a thief. He should at least send me the $300 he asked me to have the cue fixed or send me my third shaft with the Ariel rings. I hope that no one deals with this man again. He is a thief a liar and a crook! I know that I will probably catch hell for making another thread but this is an enitirely different matter and it needed a new thread. I will be contacting Mike and letting him know about this guys character! I will also be contacting the administration at eBay and letting them know that he ripped me off.

And please don't expect us to keep up with your drama, or really have any freakin clue what you're talking about....or care really....

Point and fact is that I have read other threads about this same seller as of late. A quick search or review of the ITrader would also clue one into what kind of transaction to expect. I wish you much luck in your quest to be made whole again.

It was a deal on here. Traded cues. Singer had the guy ship first, then had him pay 300 for some fabricated issue then tells AC that he will be getting a cracked shaft. So, in other words, if don't know what is going on then just keep your rude and useless thoughts to yourself.


AC-welcome to AZ and sorry you have had not the best of luck so far. There are a lot of good people on here. But just like anywhere else, you will come across the occasional asshole.

I'm sorry that this thread and all the other ones I made with regard to Singernak bothered people and pissed some off. I made this thread to alert people to what kind of person Singernak is so that others weren't ripped off. I will not post on this forum again. But people should still beware of the ripoff artist Singernak.

If you were wronged, you need to press the issue and get resolution.

Shows what you know SUB Dude, i was given AC's telephone number from a friend in LA regarding a different cue, however that deal never went thru; AC contacted me about another cue which is the Ariel.

This was not a deal that was done on AZ, and more of a local deal.

I told him the predator shaft was being inspected for warranty replacement. When i get the shaft back, he will get it. He also told me to just forget it and he would buy a Tiger shaft and have Ariel match it.

I am not trying to scam anyone, i have been on this site for 6 years and have had several transactions, one thing is for sure, i will not be dealing with AC in the future, this was below the belt to post here knowing the deal had nothing to do with AZ.

I am sure if we wanted to drag this thread thru the mud you would see that many users on AZ would back me up and attest to my character.

One thing is for sure, and that is SubDude and SCO are on my Blacklist and i will never deal with them.

BTW. I can sell or trade any cue if i own it, last i knew we lived in a FREE COUNTRY!!

Sorry, I misunderstood. But where in your listing did up you share the fact the shaft was cracked? Did you already get the handle replaced? That is what you said the 300 was for. I am guessing not as that would probably take some time. Or did you have some random cue guy repair the cue and decide to leave that tidbit out? Now you have the cue on eBay stating it is straight together and apart. So you got him to give you 300 for a lie or are you lying about it being straight? One has to be a lie. I read the other lies you told other people on here as well. Oh, let me guess, those are lies too. And don't worry, you are on my POS Seller list so don't worry about dealing with me.

And yes you can sell any cue you own. And yes it is a free country. You just apparently choose to do it the dishonest way and screw people to get what you want. Kudos to you.

If you only knew what the $%$$%#@%$ you were talking about you might sound intelligent.

The cue work was done by my friend Jim Ingram in Oklahoma, maybe you've heard of him he's in the blue book and billiard encyclopedia, and is a great cuemaker and very capable of doing any repair.

Whatever, it is useless for me to give your post's merit and even respond, and if anyone is a POS it's the guy in your mirror!

Oh, and by the way the third shaft wasn't spoke of as it was a local deal and it wasn't until after the trade was done that AC asked about the other shaft. i informed him it was being inspected for warranty replacement, and he could have it or we would work something out. Which i still intend to do.

You had it listed with all 3 shafts here without a word of it being cracked. So you were trying to screw everyone here by trying to sell a cracked shaft to them. Why do you think I assumed it was a deal done on here. And I know who Ingram is. I have had a couple of his cues. So you were trying to **** someone else over. You have a section of the cue replaced/repaired by someone other than Tad do it and not disclose it while you try to sell it. Your words prove me right you stupid ass. You are a crook and liar. Look at my itrader and look at yours. How many threads on here about me screwing someone over? Look and you will find zero. This makes 4 threads that have been brought up about you screwing someone over. Keep lying to yourself and say you aren't lying. Kinda entertaining. Bottom line, you screwed this guy over and the next person that owns the Tad, you are screwing them over with a bastardized cue. It isn't like the cue was cleaned or refinished by Ingram. It was rebuilt. It's value is cut in half, but you won't tell them this will you? Didn't think so.

Chris..I usually stay out of these matters and I will not get into name calling with you, but the fact is you have several cue sales that have gone south.. You can sugarcoat it all you want Chris, but this is the 4th BAD thread I have seen with your name attached to it.. Is that a coincidence?? I think not.. Until now I have given you the benefit of the doubt but it is clear to me that your cue deals do not "GO BAD"...They "START BAD"... Shame on you for using this forum as your personal Dumping Ground...I suggest you go to Ebay with your "Flawless" reputation and stay there...

Ginacue 4 sale.... Just to be clear, I've never dealt with singernak and wasnt going to post anything because it really isnt my style but in light of all these deals gone bad I figured why not....but the Gina that he is selling was listed locally on Craigslist for a deeply discounted price because the seller said that the butt had what he called a 1/16" roll....buyer beware I don't want there to another one of these threads about this cue....
