Did you PayPal him for the Gina with a PayPal account showing your delivery address in Europe but request that he ship it to China?

KEVIN, Why i am posting this i have no idea, but in my previous deals with PAYPAL when you ship overseas, you run some risk doing it.
This is the email from PAYPAL telling me where to ship it, and below that is the buyers email asking me to lie to customs, and declare the value lower.
Also, i will include the email from Paypal stating " Per Your Request" we are issuing the refund, as that was done on my way back from LA last night.
It's not like he had a hard time getting his money back.. LOL
BTW this CLOWN has no feedback on AZ or EBAY and asked me to ship to another country, so who is the one trying to scam who here??

I'm not big on accepting PayPal and shipping Internationally under any circumstances, but taking a PayPal payment with a Netherlands address and then shipping to China is lunacy, and a guy sending you a payment like that is either rude, or stealing. That there is a 100% at risk payment, and under-insured to boot.

OH, Kevin you forgot, i did what a good seller would do and ship to the specified PAYPAL address, however after i told him i shipped the cue to the Netherlands, he said call your post office and get it back, as i am no longer in the Netherlands.. HMMM

Anyhow, i called the post offfice, and rushed to my airport post office to do what they called a " INTERCEPT" on the package, and paid $10.95 for that and then was informed i was out the $70 for the Express shipping not to mention the Intercept fee, and he said it was my fault LOL....

I've done a postal intercept before myself and its a drag. I like easy and smooth and that sweating a stopped delivery is tense.
I'd much rather (apparently you too) be out the $100 and not be shipping to an unconfirmed address in China (I wouldn't ship there with a confirmed PayPal address if they have them but that's another story) and this guy's "sh*t happens" is rude. Yeah sh*t happens, especially when you are careless with the risks you expect others to take.
Anyway, you might get dog-piled on this one, but you did the right thing and your buyer owes you the money you are out (so says I, good luck with that).

In the continuing drama that is Singernak against the tide of people that he has cheated and scammed etc this is his latest. According to Singernak he has brought a shaft from an old cue of his and gave it to Ariel to keep until I get on these forums and say that he and I have reached an agreement and call Mike on these forums and have him remove the negative iTrader. This is the second time he has proposed this and he just doesn't get the fact the it is he that hasn't concluded our deal with the two cues. Singernak, you're the one that scammed and cheated me out of my shaft! You don't get to cite terms pal. You do what were supposed to do and then I get on these forums and let the community know you FINALLY came through! And why would you send the shaft to Ariel and get him involved? You know my address, mail me my third shaft and when I check the it is acceptable then I will come through with my part. You don't get to have me say we are working things out when we're not. And as for the crack you left on the voicemail that I don't know your character? Bullshit, you have shown on these forums that not only did you cheat and scammed me but from the other people that have posted I'm not the only one you've done this to. Send me my shaft and we can finally put this behind and move on.

Don't go to Ariels, as he has instructions not to give you the shaft until, you have made this right on AZ with Itrader and this post.
Btw, i hand delivered, not shipped the Predator 314-2 shaft.
Also, it has the same ringwork as the other shaft that is at Predator.

After reading this thread and the links that have been posted with his other bad deals, there's no doubt that this guy isn't trustworthy. It's always one excuse after another and he's never the one at fault.

I am not taking sides, and I am not trying to get involved, but this statement I did take offense too.
You are incorrect, whether or not the deal was made on AZ or not is not relevant, you are using this forum to make deals, regardless if this deal happened here or not, if the information being supplied has direct effect on your character and honesty and how you make and handle these deals, then it is relevant, and it most certainly does belong here.

His attempt to make Singerak look totally bad isn't so cut and dry.Granted Singerak has a couple issues before that tainted things for him but in opinion
when someone comes out with a thread like this,they have to understand
that more may be brought to the table than anticipated.i am strictly talking about the guy who was buying his Gina cue not the OP.
