Well you did what you said you would and gave me a negative iTrader. It would have been nice if you had at least told the truth. That cue I got in trade from you is on these forums. That is where I saw it posted and there is where I got the idea to trade the TAD to you. And you never got the cue repaired cause it didn't need repair Chris. You put it up for sale on eBay in the same condition you got it from me and even stated in the add that the cue showed wear for a 40 year old cue. The lies just keep on coming Chris. Now you will probably blow up my phone with your insane texts. And I'm the one with the screw loose?
Okay folks, like i have told you in this thread, this was a deal off of AZ and AC asked me about refinishing his cue, i told him my friend Jim could do it, he didn't say anything about it hurting the value of the cue to have someone other than TAD do the work. AC lied about the condition of the TAD cue and represented it as a straight cue.

I play with the cue and it is fine. I will include the letter of authenticity the old man signed when my buddy I got it from sent the cue to Tad to go over the cue and verify that it was one of theirs. The check up etc had to be done as the cue doesn't have the name on it. A picture of the cue is included in the LoA.
Can I send you the Carmeli when Jim finishes the Tad as this is my playing cue and Ariel won't have my playing cue finished until October?

He will refinish and recondition the cue within 1-2 weeks from when he receives it.
AC, Have you rolled the shafts and butt to be able to attest to it being straight ? A lot of people just dont notice because there used to it.

No Chris, I'm still at home. Have to do a bunch of jumping jacks, pushups and spinning on my stationary bike before I head out. My daily routine that keeps me going bud.
Hey Chris, the Tad rolls straight, together and apart. I kind of figured that would be the case when Tad checked it at his shop prior to giving my buddy the LoA. I'll put that letter in with the cue before I send it out to Jimmy tomorrow.

Chris, just wanted to get clear on one thing? Are you going to pay for the restoration or am I? Cause if I am I'm going to go ahead and keep the Tad after Jimmy finished with it. I played with it last night and to be honest I will go ahead with the trade cause I gave you my word I would. Even if I have other Tads this cue plays fantastic! Let me know cause I'm headed out to mail the cue.

Cue and the LoA are on the way and they are being shipped overnight to Jimmy. I hope he doesn't take too long on the cue so you can ship the Ariel and I can now make it my playing cue along with my other Ariel!

Chris good morning. I got the cue and the two shafts, what happened to the Predator shaft with the matching rings that was on the original AZ forum post?
You don't have to overnight the third shaft just send it by snail mail Chris.
That shaft is at predator for a possible warranty exchange
It split around the ferrule.
If they replace it you can have it, but it doesn't look good the guy said because it's been 3 years

Oh, I see. The rings on that shaft don't match that cue though. There different, I got that cue wwith just those shafts and took the predator shaft from my other playing Ariel before I sold it.
The third shaft on the AZ forum post showed the same rings Chris. And you stated as much! I'm kind of confused now as to which shaft you're speaking of now!

That is not the picture on the forums Chris! That picture shows the butt with three shafts with the same rings. Two Ariel and one Predator shaft. If this is about you wanting to keep the shaft I can see it but I just looked at the AZ site and it is as I said.
I emailed you the photo from az look at the shaft on the left and you will see it has silver rings, the others dont. Similar ringwork but not the same
Just forget it Chris. I'll just swing by Ariel's with a Tiger blank and have him make me an LD shaft. Later bud.

I will get you the ringwork to match your cue. If that will make you happy then post on AZ that we have swirled it out and call Mike Howerton and ask to retract the bad Itrader and forum post.
The Tiger shaft with the matching ring work in my hands is the only way for you to get yourself off the hook Chris! You don't get to cite terms here. Do the right thing and this goes away, period!
Your hurting yourself here not helping yourself. Just send the cue back and I will send the tad back. End of story nothing else needs to be said. This is not worth all the aggeravation, if you would have been honest about the Tad in the beginning we wouldn't even be talking about this.
Your easiest solution is to unwind the trade and send back the CarmelI.
THE SHAFT IS AT ARIELS SHOP, AND WILL BE GIVEN TO HIM ONCE HE MAKES THINGS RIGHT!!
