This has nothing to do with my Character, it has to do with the FACT that some of Southwest/Ginacues have a similar ( SLIGHT) roll as to the Ginacue i have on Ebay.


BTW, i am entitled to my own opinion, and i have owned several Ginacues, and a few of them have had a slight roll at the joint.

Yes, it has everything to do with your character. You have blatantly lied to me about the Tad you had for sale on eBay, then you state that "most" Ginacues have what you call "rollout", and what anyone else would call a slight warp. I have had dozens of Ginas, and NONE had any rollout/warp. Not ONE!! If "several" of them have that you have owned, then you bought warped cues to start with. Most likely knowing they were warped if you bought them here. You can zig and zag around the truth all you want, but as you have point blank lied to me, I have no problem calling you a liar.

This is my final response and then I'm done with this thread. There is nothing to make right Chris. What has been stated is the truth which you continue to spin however you desire. The third shaft is still owed and nothing needs to be made right. I will let the AZ community know when you've finally mailed me the shaft, period. I will then tell Mike the same. That TAD was taken to the old man Kokahara to examine for the Letter of Authenticity I included with the TAD and it was given after they completely inspected the cue. If anything was wrong with that TAD it would have been noted. And the only time I will go to Ariel is with Kent Davis to have him refinish both of my Ariels. Kent is going to introduce me to Ariel cause he's a friend. Wouldn't need to do it that way but I can only imagine the trash talking you did and how you twisted everything like you continue to do on this and other threads dealing with this trade. So in conclusion to my part of the thread which you keep going on and on with, you're still a liar, cheat and scam artist Chris. That also is true. I am not going to post anymore on this. The forum posts remain as does your negative iTrader, period.

AC, you will get the shaft when you make it right with AZ and this thread. Other than that, not sure what to tell you. You jumped to conclusions and LIED about the condition of the TAD.

BTW, it doesn't matter if Kent Davis, or OBAMA was to introduce you to Ariel, he will not do any work for you until you make things right. I alrady have spoken to him, and have his word on that.

Asking him to explain anything is a waste of time. He seems to have nothing but a passing acquaintance with the truth. He lies when it suits him, and twists what others say when he decides that's his best course. Banning him from AZ and sending him to tell his lies on eBay would be best for all.

It looks like the Predator has silver rings along with the dashes from what I see. From reading this it looks like both were not totally straight forward about what they were offering. The TAD had a roll and the Ariel did not have 3 matching shafts. If you gave a quick look you would think that the 3 shafts are matching because the picture is at a distance, it says Predator shaft with Ariel ring work.

I am assuming the TAD was fixed so the only thing left is for Chris to have Ariel make another shaft for the cue and this whole thing can be done. AC can then post that he has been made right. Rule of thumb is to describe things accurately, I personally over exaggerate any flaws so there are no surprises and usually the buyer is very happy stating it was better than he expected.

I learned early in my selling here when I sold a cue to someone I thought I described well. It was a Palmer cue that needed to be refinished totally, I stated that but did not state that it was poorly refinished before that. I thought no big deal as the person buying it would just refinish the cue anyway. Not so, I did not disclose that because I assumed it did not matter as the pics showed condition and I said a refinish was needed, I felt I described it accurately but should have disclosed that someone tried to refinish it before. I threw some money to the buyer to help with refinish cost and learned a lesson.

It is best to list every detail and make it sound worse than it is then making it sound better then it is because it will come back to bite you on here, its not like selling a used car where the buyer rides off and the deal is done as is. If someone has a problem with something you sold and its not ridiculous then best to make it right before it becomes a thread like this. I do see some fault in AC because he should have simply told Chris I am going to the forums if you do not get me another shaft right away.

In his message he made it sound like no big deal and says he will have Ariel make him one with a Tiger shaft and later bud. I would not say that then come post here, I would have let Chris know he needed to make it right or I would be taking it to the forums. I think AC should go to Ariels and drop off the Tiger shaft to have done, Chris can pay the bill for it and its all over, everyone is happy then I would be assuming.

Thanks for your input Lenny, you know me off of AZ and know me to be a stand up guy, it's obvious the shaft ringwork doesn't quite match up to the cue i traded.

The Tad, had to be repaired and i agree with you he should have never went to the forums, i have the exact same shaft ( I had Ariel Make 2 extra shafts at the time) sitting at Ariels shop right now, and he has instructions to give AC the shaft once this thing is worked out with this thread and Itrader.

Btw, his negative Itrader wasn't in any way "RETALIATORY" like another reply said, people deserve to know the truth.

Until Singernak's next deal. Look at the history Lenny. There has been plenty of history added as links in this Thread. You maybe buddies with Singernak, I don't know and don't really care. But this guy has a habitual problem of miss representing the product he sells. When confronted about it, he refuses to make it right.

Wouldn't you agree every AZ member needs to be aware of his habitual problem? I'm not saying people should not buy his product or that he should be kicked off AZ. But, all AZ members need to be aware of this guy and I strongly encourage anybody dealing with him to use escrow.

I have looked at it and see its not a good thing at all from those past threads but I am speaking about this deal because the quicker its resolved the better it is for both of them. I think how Chris handles it from this point forward is important, get the man his shaft and then AC can post he got it, is satisfied, be done with it and move on.

I have seen several threads on here where people are demanding this or that, one guy wont ship DVDs back because he thinks the Feds will get him, another guy wants to use escrow to ship a cue back and is giving the guy the run around, its one thing after another.

One thing is for sure that this forum and the deals have gotten worse, in the past it was a rare thing and when it happened people were stunned, now people expect this crap. Like I said earlier, if everyone is overly honest in the listings it solves a good deal of things, measurements, good pictures, fast shipping, communication and also buyers asking questions really would stop a good deal of this.

Lenny, I understand and appreciate what you are saying, I just don't particularly agree with it. Yes, Chris could take care of this quickly and this Thread would get lost in the 100's of thousands of other Threads. Then, based on history, at some point in the future, another Thread would be started where Chris has miss represented something he is selling.

Look, in my opinion, what you are saying is addressing a symptom of a problem. I believe we should be addressing the root cause of the symptoms. Again, I'm not saying Chris should be kicked off AZ. But, every AZ member needs to me made aware of (on an ongoing basis) Chris' habitual problem.

Now, I do agree with you that every AZ member who lists something for sale should provide a detailed and accurate description of the product with pictures. But, apparently, Chris does not agree with you. Just look at the history.

As I said in my comment above, I followed Chris around for about 6 months. In any of his for sale Threads I would caution everyone and provide a link. I wasn't going to post anything until I read Lenny's and Gman's posts. This would all go away and can go away if Chris could just mail me the shaft as I have stated many times before. Instead he wants me to say everything has been worked out and contact Mike to see if he can remove the bad iTrader. And THEN he will give me the shaft? What is wrong with this picture. I have been scammed by Chris already so what is to say the he won't do it again? I made the first thread saying that we were going to work it out. I thought that was is until he said that he wanted me to "make" things right on the forums and contact Mike. I told Chris that it would be disingenuous of me to do anything to the forum posts until I got the shaft. So I made the second thread to let people know that Chris hadn't and wasn't going to make things right. Chris thinks I will do the same thing to him that he did to me. It doesn't work that way Chris. Not everyone is out to rip people off Chris. And that bad iTrader was retaliatory Chris, you even told me the day before you were going to do that. I don't much care for that as anyone that sees it will immediately know it was retaliatory. And when people I am going to buy something from read it hopefully they will research it and come to these forum posts and see it for what it is. And if they don't do that and ask and people probably will I will give them links to these forums. I didn't do a thing with our deal to earn that iTrader and you well know it Chris. I didn't ripe you off, the cue even though it was an old cue wasn't in need of repair. When it left TAD's they issued a Letter of
Authenticity and the only thing that needed mentioning about the cue was that it had been refinished and rewrapped. I checked those shafts and they as well as the butt rolled true. You even asked me to make sure and I did. It was you that said the butt end had and issue and that you had some kind of video to prove it. I messed up by not having you produce the video and or just telling you to send me back the TAD. Instead to make sure the deal went well and you didn't think I was selling you a bill of goods I gave you the benefit of the doubt and sent you the money to repair the butt. In retrospect I should not have sent you that money but I did. Had I known what I know now about your character and such I would never have even dealt with you. When I got the cue from you with the two shafts and you started hemming and hawing about rings and a broken shaft I had a feeling you didn't have any intention of giving me the third shaft. If you do it will be a miracle and I will fall all over myself to get on the forums and boldly proclaim that you finally did the right thing. But I'm not going to hold my breath Chris. There finally done with this thread, send me the shaft or not Chris it's all on you pal to do the right thing. I will keep the community here notified when I do get the shaft.

Anytime you are in Oklahoma, you can by god look me up. Half the people in Jamaica Joes have my cell phone number. In fact, I've provided it to you on two different times. I'm about an hour and half from OKC and just outside of Tulsa you come to either town, give me a call.

Dave, you will be WAY better off to make this right instead of insisting that AC jump through hoops and then you will mail out the shaft. Argueing with AC makes you look bad as a seller and will make more people not want to deal with you.

Just send him the shaft and then move on, be done with it.

This whole mess boils down to one simple principal, a sale is not complete until both sides are satisfied. The burdon rests on the seller's shoulders to make things right. Not doing this is like a breach of contract. I could not sleep right until the buyer was made whole and happy. My integrity is worth way more than any shaft or a few hundred dollars.
