Seems this email is making the rounds again, i know some have gotten this email awhile back. don`t know Tim personally nor how they got my email, But i`m sure this is not him.....email below. H.P.

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,my family and I came over here to London,United Kingdom for a short vacation. unfortunately,we were mugged at the park of the hotel where we stayed, all cash and credit card were stolen off us but luckily for us we still have our passports with us.

We've been to the Embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all and our flight leaves in few hours from now but we're having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let us leave until we settle the bills. Well I really need your financial assistance..Please, Let me know if you can help us out? Am freaked out at the moment!!

uh huh

...I DID get this email today, some "Tim Miller in London".......but thanks to prior warnings I've been reading about strange emails, scams, and viruses, I chose to just delete it without opening it.......and Thanks to you for your "heads up".............

Someone in my extended family lost $1500 on this one a couple years ago, sent "from" another person in that branch of the family who was "Stranded in London". Everyone should know by now that your acquaintances are not stranded in London, just as the representative of the Nigerian royalty who chose your email address at random will not send you millions in exchange for a sizable transaction fee you pay up front.

I'm stranded in Saskatchewan Canada right now in the middle of winter.
Please send me some money so I can get to someplace warmer.
Thanks in advance.
Terry.

It was out about a week ago. I got one, as did quite a few others................

I received one from Don Sureman, the cue collecter and dealer. I responded that I would send him two grand to pony up for the hotel if, when he got home, he sent me a nice ivory jointed cue by a guy named Barry something.

It always amazes me that people buy into these stupid scams. How do you not know? I have seen some that are a bit more believable, but these ones are so blatant. I have sympathy for anyone that loses money to something like this.
