Recently I had posted the Wanted/Forsale forum that I was looking for a set of joint protectors for a Bender/Omega-DPK cue. Out of his own time and generous nature, Michael Webb (whom I've only seen on the forums, but never spoken with) private messaged me and offered to make a set for me which I received in the mail today! On top of this, Michael wouldn't not hear of taking any sort of compensation for jps!

Thank you Michael, for being so generous and being one of the good guys! You just made this sport/hobby that much better for me and the rest of the billiards community.

Ironman,
AZB is way cool!!!! Last Fall a poster asked if anyone wanted lessons with Danny DiLiberto, and 2 days later he was sitting in my kitchen, regaling us with stories of the road. The internet is an incredible invention.

Mike is a great guy that makes a top notch product! I look at his cues and dream.. Nice work Mike!

Ironchef,

We in the Northeast and particularly those of us competing on the Joss Tour have been fortunate to have Mike cover most of our events. He is a gentleman, cuemaker, repairman and friend. I don't believe your experience is unique.

Mike Webb is a fine craftsman and a quality guy. His generosity doesn't surprise me in the least. As already noted, those of us living in the Northeast get to see him quite a bit, and it's always nice catching up with Mike.

Mike is a true gentleman. He does outstanding work and when hes at an event he always makes you feel like your cue is the most important thing hes working on that day. This isn't the 1st Mike Webb done good story I've heard and I know it wont be the last.

Thanks Mike

P.S.

Buy a cue from the man..... You'll be glad you did

Mike just did some fantastic work for one of my online buddies. He turned a groove for wrap and wrapped an old Titlist full splice - it came out perfect.

I'm a proud owner of 2 Webb cues and can't say enough good stuff about his cue making or him as a person. He is just a great guy and I'm proud to know him.
If anybody is curious you can see pics of very many of the cues he's made in the gallaries on his web site. Mike's Site

Ditto on Mike as a cuemaker, cue repairman and a person. You won't find a better guy in all three aspects. He is the only one I ever have do work on my cues.

Thanks Mike,

Koop

P.S. See you soon for that wrap I was asking about.

Thank you all for those kind words.
To Ironchef:
I don't know why your cuemaker didn't get back to you but on his behalf
I apologize.
