Some guy was telling me that coming up soon there would be a tournament at Michaels Billiards in Fairfield Ohio with $77,000 added. He's the only person I've heard this from, and im pretty skeptical. He's not a liar, i just think maybe he misheard. Anyone heard of any such tournament? I mean $77,000 ADDED is a huge freakin tournament.

Hey, nahog. For sure, sounds a bit misplaced.

Good for you for not simply stating this info as fact.
Presenting it in the manner you did allows for discussion.
Nothing wrong with spreading rumors so long as it's done without bias.

Personally, nahog, I haven't seen any news about upcoming tourneys in Ohio.
It would be a great payday if it were true.

Anyone out there know anything about nahog's post?
 
Did they say who is adding the $77k? Sounds completely out of line, no matter the tournament.

I play at Michaels, I saw a flyer about that tournament, I believe hes calling it the Queen City Open. I don't think its 77,000 added, but I know its 1500 dollar entry, i think i read that its 77,000 payout based on a full field. One Pocket and bar table 8 ball.

I was going to get on here and update also. I talked to michael last night when i was there and he said basically the same thing. He also added that it was not set in stone yet and that a few more things still had to come together for it to be 100% confirmed.
