Well, Well, Well... I don't know what happened, but it was
All of ustream went down, while we were watching Ray's stream. We couldn't watch, we couldn't chat. Wait! I take that back. We could chat with ourselves until the cows came home, but there was no way to chat with anyone else!
Anyway, ustream is back up and Ray should be online with tomorrow's stream around 12:30 or so in the afternoon.

It's hard to say without all the details.
Some things it could be:
1. Firewall issues
2. Programs running in the background. ie.skype,virus protection etc..
3. Someone downloading or exchanging files on the network. (could even be a neighbor!)
4. The server is having issues, not you.
If anyone is aware of anything else, please share.

Sometimes, I simply have to reload the whole page and sign back in to get it to work.
Also, it doesn't usually work if I am not signed in. ;-)
And, there's the old standby that often hits the mark for me -- my browser doesn't want to load it. Close browser and start over. hehe
I think it's something different every time it happens! So, you just have to wing it on trial and error, when you get an issue like that.
