I hear so much about Valley Forge, Derby City Classic etc. The unfortunate thing is that i dont want to pay for a plaine flight to get a good deal on a cue.

Are there any annual or upcomming expo's/tourneys around the southern california area?

Nope. The old LA Expo's are long gone.

Your best bet is the BCA Team Nationals, BCA Trade Show and APA Team Nationals all in Las Vegas this year.
