Billiard School

Does anyone know if there is any billiard/pool training school in Portland, Oregon or anyone that is a billiard instructor. I'm wanting to learn to play better and have bought books and a few dvds, but really can't seem to play better. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Also, Glenn Atwell is a very good local player that I "think" gives lessons out of Classic Billiards on S.E. 122nd. He might be busy at the "World 10-ball Championship" in the Philippines for a while though.
