It did take all day, Johnny. It was done by my friend, the late great Gene "The Mighty Glove" Catron. Gene was a top notch hustler in the 70s with a huge heart. I miss him.

How do you set something like that up? With some sort of light projector template? Considering they spend all that time and effort on it, I'm sure they want each dominoe to be EXACT otherwise the whole effort is for nothing.
 
Gene did a trick shot demo in Northwest Indiana at a local poolroom. I was 16 at the time. I backed him a few places but action dried up quick as he wouldn't hustle anyone ... he played his A game and scared everyone off. He came up with Jerry Binto. They pooled their money on a local who got drunk playing and lost it all. A local buisnessman/player flew them home on his small plane Gene was a nice guy.
