I just like building things like this Mr. KingCobra. It's fun. But that Diamond Polisher is sweet. If your not to handy with power tools, the Diamomd is the way to go.
At Harbor Frieght there is an off brand high speed buffer with variable speed adjustment that works pretty good. I set it between 1 and 2. Set it any higher and the balls come flying out.
I used a 2 1/4" drill bit to cut out the holes.
I built the cabinet out of the same 3/4" wood. Add some primer and paint and your good to go.
It's kind of hard to explain how to attach the buffer inside the cabinet. I attach it to where I can remove it and polish my truck with it too. PM me with your e-mail and I can send you some detailed pictures.
