I found this quite some time ago. It is fun, but hard! I can't figure out how to hit the ball hard enough to go 3+ rails tho. Works good for caroms.

I think the best carom simulator readily available is in Virtual Pool Hall and Virtual Pool 3. You can do pretty much all of the Artistic shots with it. You can probably find copies for under $15.

One that is available for free is "coriolis3d" which has a neat built-in feature that it can tell you your scoring percentage if you know roughly how accurate you are in applying spin, speed and aim. I'm not sure where to get it now, but it's free and you should be able to find it with google.

3-cushion carom simulator

A really good 3-cushion simulator is the one from Carom3D.com.
I played around with it and the client works very well.
