I would like to start by saying this not a spam thread & I am in no way affiliated with Billiard Warehouse. I have seen a lot of sites & dealers mentioned on here in both good & bad posts. I just wanted to mention billiardwarehouse.com as a top notch dealer. Over the years I have ordered several items both high priced & low from Greg Savoie there. His service has been second to none whether it be a return, prompt shipping, questions, etc. One of the best things I have encountered from them is Greg gives personal service meaning any time I have called it has been Greg I have directly dealt with. So for anyone buying pool goods I would strongly recomend giving them a try.

Some years ago I ordered several Hercules Medium tips from BW. When I got the tips they all had a gold H stamped on the back. I emailed Greg and told him that i thought there had been a mistake with my order and that I had been sent Hard tips due to the H on them. Greg replied saying that the H stood for Hercules. I then replied with a photo of one of the Hard tips next to a medium tip I already had with a gold M stamped on it and informed him he was mistaken. Of course I could be wrong and the M may have stood for Mercules. I never received a response and that is the last thing I have ever ordered from there.
I use to order from them all the time in NC because stuff would arrive almost hours later literally. They are good folk over there.
OH Chit..! The H stands for hard from what I have read. It looks like he lied to you. Or maybe something else is going on here. JMO

Does anyone know if they buy ad space here on the forum or over at AZ? I don't recall seeing any on here but I could be wrong. First dibs on my money goes to the companies that support the site in some manner.
