Hey Pel,
Wanted to let you know, Janice is home and doing pretty fair. Real tender around her neck, and bad head-ackes. Think she'll be fine.
Billie, I think retired about 10 or 12 years ago. last time i saw her was in NY, at a fund raiser about 15 yrs. ago.

Blud is right, Billie retired from competition a long time ago, though she did come out of retirement for the 2000 US Open 14.1 Championships in NYC, competing in the women's division after winning a qualifier into the event.
I see Billie on occasion (perhaps three times in the last year) at the Amsterdam Billiard Club, so I must presume she lives somewhere in the New York metropolitan area.

Ya beat me to it!! Hope you're doing well, Billie, we met many, many years ago at Florence Fuller's Pocket Billiard Lounge in Binghamton, NY.
Billie's book was the first pool book I ever purchased. I give credit to her book for bringing me from a guy who couldn't make 2 balls in a row to someone who was a danger to make most shots.
I'm thinking back 15 years or so, but she had a cut-out aiming template that helped me a great deal. Also, before there were extensions for your cue--- there was the "Billie Bridge" technique. Although I don't use that as much since I've grown, have a longer cue and have an extension for that--- it helped me a great deal for a good number of years.
