This is the closest yet to the correct pronunciation of his last name, "Or-Cool-Yo".
I noticed if you say it at a normal pace, it does sort of sound like, "Or-Coolio"
Skip all of it and just say ''the fisherman''.:grin-square:
Not according to most Filipinos, as the Spanish influence is Madrid Spanish (the PI was ruled out of Madrid for a time).
or COOL yo is as close as one could write it (or COO lyo is I think more accurate, but this gets a bit goofy doesn't it?). or Coolio isn't too far off.

Ok, now that's we have Mr. Orcollo name pronounced correctly, let's get the pronunciation of Thorsten down right.
I think it is a right of every professional pool player deserves to have their name pronounced correctly.
After we get Thorsten down pat, we can work on Wang Can (or Can Wang). :canoodle:
Let us NOT pronounce their name the 'merican' way. At least let's make an effort to give them that honor.
It's bad enough that a lot of the world still views many of us as "The Ugly American".
We really don't want to think of us as "UGLY & STUPID" do we?
