Hope you all have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving weekend. Play some pool, be thankful you are in this great country (and say a prayer for those in Bombay, India --- terrorist attack sounds bad), and don't eat too much bird. I will be and will be watching the wild turkeys up the hill from me --- they don't seem too concerned about being someone's dinner:wink:

For those playing in a tournament over the weekend, have a great time. I have a pool playing customer staying for the weekend from out of state and we will be visiting the local tournament:D
 
Thanks Jack. I hope you have a happy holiday as well and that your pool playing goes well. I'd like to meet you someday. I like your talk on this site and I like the looks of your cues... so I think I'd like you. :groucho:

Same to you Jackie. We'll be having our bird out on the patio. (78 deg. predicted high today) In case you've forgotten, thats a cold front for us. Sweater weather. Hope to get up your way this summer.

PS Really enjoying my new cue, hits as good as any I've ever owned. Just can't get it to shoot STRAIGHT dammit.

Turkeys must either be very trusting or not too smart in Montana. I live in a suburb just outside Pittsburgh. They challenge the deer, squirrels and smaller birds for the food the wife spreads in our yard all through spring, summer and early fall, then hide out at the golf course for November and December. Haven't seen one in the neighborhood for a month. Gotta be sharp to stay alive in the city.

Jack...Happy Thanksgiving Jack! I talked to my son in CO and a couple friends in Montana. I guess the snow is pretty short in most of the mountain areas yet! I'm up in the Minneapolis area myself, and there ain't no snow here either! No pool today, but I'm going into the city tomorrow, while my wife goes shopping! :D
