even such tracker would exist, IMHO the problem for the tracker would be to have enough seeders who has interest for such torrents. They would for sure be dead torrents in a verrrry short time ...no way... not enough seeds=dead torrents.

and don't speak about right owners , copyright ...

youtube is your friend !
