Most In My Collection Were One Of A Kinds Or Limited Stuff. The Basic Stuff I Just Bought And Sold To Pay For My Addiction.
the titelist black is only made for people who own 12 or more of richards cues!! because he prides himself on hisconstruction!and does not like using other peoples blanksbruin70 said:the most expensive black collection i know of is owned by a guy here in nyc(unless he unloaded it). he was totally infatuated with black, and bought over a dozen at $7000 and up. i think the cheapest(and best playing) was a titleist/ivory butt for $2800 they were supposed one of a kind(maybe changes in materials, i don't know)

I don't blame you for having trouble selling them. I still have my only Black cue that I designed and he built in 1980. It is nowhere close to those two though. Thanks for sharing the pics!FAST_N_LOOSE said:THANKS FOR THE NICE WORDS. THE TWO EIGHT POINT CUES WITH THE FIRE VENEERS WERE CUES I HAD BUILT BY RICHARD TO MY SPECS. THE EBONY FOREARMED CUE WAS MY PERSONAL PLAYING CUE. IF YOU NOTICE IT EVEN HAS A SHORT BUTT WITH A LONGER WRAP. I HAD IT MADE THAT WAY, AT THE TIME I HELD MY BACK HAND PRETTY FAR BACK. BY EXTENDING THE WRAP, IT ALLOWED ME TO KEEP MY HAND ON THE WRAP, INSTEAD OF HALF ON AND HALF OFF. THE OTHER BRIGHT COLORED EIGHT POINT IS A VARIATION OF THE BUSHKA WITH EXTRA RINGS, BRIGHTER VENEERS AND THE FOUR SHORT POINTS. THAT WAS THE FIRST CUE I ORDERED FROM RICHARD. THOSE WERE THE ONLY TWO THAT I HAD A HARD TIME, EMOTIONALLY, PARTING WITH.
