i was fortunate enough to get my hands on a decently priced Schon STL-09 with the stock shaft. my old cue that i have been using for quite some time now came with a black ferrule (not phenolic) and switching over to the conventional white/ivory colored ferrule has made me feel a little "awkward" when getting down on the shot, for lack of a better term.
anyways, i was wondering if anyone knows how to go about painting(?) this ferrule black (safely, as to preserve the integrity of the cue)?
