Maybe if you offered pricing like Mueller and Atlas who with quantitiy discounts, the more you buy the better the price gets. That way people have the CHOICE of what they do.
Your reasons for objections that have been brought up, besides quality that is, are price and your margins. It's your fault that you picked to sell these at such a margin to hardly make it worth your while, plus you were the one to pick the format (batches of 10). One of the reasons why custom cuemakers do so well, they are flexible with customer's needs so they buy what they want, not what the cuemaker is selling.
Just a suggestion from someone looking in from the outside, it would be great to see all parties happy.
