Bludworth DEAL GONE BAD! garczar???

Personally, I say F him and keep the cue. Guy tried to screw you and stick you with a cue that had serious issues. When he calls you, I would say, "The loss is yours" and hang up on him. Peotic justice in my eyes.

Small talk

Lets cut all this small talk and seal the deal! "POST THE EVIDENCE" pics please although we trust your word lets see the end result here, live!!!!

Thanks

The seller sold something and the buyer wasn't happy with it when it was received. What's wrong with a complete refund... after all, the seller wouldn't be out anything.

He had to know of the issues and probably feels lucky to have unloaded it.
BAD move. The seller says he doesn't care what the AZ community thinks or says but he may have to rethink that if he ever wants to sell anything on this forum, again... we have very long memories.

I agree without the pics I side with the seller on this one until its proven the cue was that bad.Could of been buyers remorse.I don't agree with the seller slamming the phone on the guy,so far that's about it.If the pics are not shown has the seller been done an injustice?Oh well, hopefully we get to find out oneday.takecare:)

picture of void in the blud

Hello, please find a pic of the popped ring being discussed. I dont think cues are suppose to function as card holders, lol.
Thank you all so much for taking time and getting interested in this matter.
I will leave negative feedback now that the site is back up.
Thanks to all the folks interested in buying the cue but I think I should see how it works out before I attempt to sell.
Best Regards,
Joe

That's a good one Joe.
I have a couple of cues that would double as a business card holder as well.

I will say that if I am ever on trial for murder, I want some of the people posting on this thread to be on the jury.

Does the ring rattle around?I have a very old cue and when I seen the card sticking up I grabbed a card and did the same with mine. With mine the wrap groove is a tich bigger so where the wrap joins up there's a real slight gap where the card would fit.On that pic it's hard to see,but it looks to be at the top of the wrap near where the groove would be.If the ring is rattling around then thats a different story.I'm real curious to see the whole cue in a good pic.

C'mon that's not so bad:wink:(just kidding).Well something like that is extreme and beyond the standard flaw.Seeing that pic he should do what makes you happy. If you like the cue I would suggest sending it to a cuemaker on the forum to fix it and he would have to flip the bill or send it back to him.If you got your money back already then I would send the cue back to him providing he pays for the shipping.Proof was definitley in the Pics.Takecare

^^^^^^ original thread words from seller^^^^^^^
= lies and not disclosed info on real cue condition after seeing the above pics, although minor to some thats mostly major to all of us & not right. I side w buyer! The guy should:
A. Take it back /refund or
B. Send you the repair costs, explain more if he chose to sell here, & act like an adult.this will ruin his az rep for good

Have you filed the dispute yet? If you have, I would feel absolutely no remorse or guilt if you get your money back and light that thing on fire. You could then mail the ashes back to the guy in an envelope. Return shipping will only be .44. And write a little note saying"Put that in your pipe and smoke it.":kma:

shaft situation is worse than this

thanks Chris for the most excellent pic, nice camera man.
as bad as this is the shaft fit is even worse, not to mention the crown between the butt and shaft.
Just dont know how someone trading cues for 25 yrs. could not know the condition of this cue and say it hits sweet, scary.
As I said before the best thing about this is I know of many AZers I do feel confident in buying and trading with now and will watch what you guys have for sure, obviously there is a difference.
Thanks to everyone for the fantastic response and the neutral until no doubt stance is completely understood and appreciated. Fair is Fair!

Best Regards to all,
Joe
