The previous owner stated the points were uneven and Richard was gonna build him another cue.. but the previous owner didn’t want to wait 6 months for another cue.
That is why I have the cue priced so low

Builder should of tossed it before finishing it for reputation's sake.

The one point is lower because on the final pass before finish, that portion of the point went away. Nothing you can really do at that point so I'm sure Richard priced it accordingly to the buyer.
