Bluegrass on ebay. Scam or geniune? Pls advise

100% feedback on 37 sales. offers money back gaurentee but there is no buyer protection. cant say either way. hasnt sold for 2 years to the day. seem odd or coincidence? i dont know him. cant say either way
 
100% positive feedback on what seem to be all cue and pool-related sales.

Selling an ebony plain jane Bluegrass with yellow micarta ferrules and lizard wrap. Not many of these cues around.

The auction is at $1200 and change right now. Seems legit to me but I wouldn't go much higher than what the current bid is. As for it being legit, I have no reason to suspect otherwise.

I would ask for a phone number, call him/her and ask him/her to e-mail you a close up picture of the joint etc. Check the phone number area code and see if it matches ebay listing. Check the email address against e-bay etc.
If you get the pic e-mailed, you'll know they at least they have the cue. Talking to someone always give you a feeling, good or bad.

i remember the beingn sold here not too long ago.at $1200+ i wouldn't waste my time either.i know where one is at a dealer for $1700 and he has room for negotiation in that price.
