This looks to be a Larry Hubbard LH-2 and need phenolic joint replaced and collar replaced on shaft but everything else is good and straight. I am amazed.
 
Don't use Meucci directly. I've heard horror storys to the point of lost cues, 2 year waits, etc. Proficient billiards, Ryan at Muellers (Rat) or Mike Erwin.
 
i would not send it to meucci.. i once had a meucci that was pretty new and sent it back to them for a warranty repair.. the wrap was cracking the finish.. i sent it to them when they said it would be a easy fix, they had it for almost 2 years and only got it back because i cornered bob meucci at the super billiards expo about it...

i would send it to proficient or ryan (rat cues)....

cant go wrong with either...

I am a Mike Erwin Cue Dealer and he is simply one of the best and I can say, his pricing fit's the players needs. Mr. Erwin has fixed just about every brand of cue made. He is the one to send it to.
