Here's a classic Hoppe-style desert ironwood and curly maple player by Bob Owen for those who prefer a heavier cue. Cue features superior point and veneer work. Hoppe ring and ferrules are ivory. Cue is a standard 58 inches and is straight together and apart as well as ding and scratch free.
Other specs:
-- 5/16 x 14 SS joint
-- White and brown speckled linen wrap
-- two 13 mm shafts that measure 29 inches each; they weigh 4.1 and 3.9 ounces respectively
-- tips are Kamui black SS and (I believe) Moori
Cue's weight is 21.2 ounces, but has a nice forward balance.
LOWERED PRICE sold

Thanks, you are right, the cue plays big .... will consider trades as well

its not full splice
bob owen made the cue from first to last

his points are so good, they always come so close that it appears to be a full splice

i personally prefer the traditionally made cues like this

bustamonte plays a 21 ounce now,won the derby with it

you would be surprised at the number of great players who use heavy cues

this guy is afraid his is too heavy and is giving away a beautiful cue

thus giving you guys a really great opportunity

Sorry, cue is SOLD

oh, thank goodness. i was just logging in to check on this cue and see if it was still available... i have been coveting this cue (i already have on of Bob's cues which i really like), and i believe i would have convinced myself i needed it...

hope you got what you wanted and to whomever bought it, my sincere thanks for saving me from myself, she's a beauty...
