Bobby Chamberlain's False Claims

Not sure where to put this so mods feels free to move it to the appropriate spot.

Mr. Chamberlain is now claiming that we do not make our interiors in-house. He is claiming that we purchase them from other makers. He further claims that the same interiors we make are easily available to anyone from this other source.

I don't know where Mr. Chamberlain gets this information from but it is a complete fabrication. I do not think that Mr. Chamberlain has any proof whatsoever for this claim.

In any event I would like to ask Mr. Chamberlain to either present his proof or to recant his comments.

I am going on record to say that we make all of our interiors 100% in our shop. What we do not make is the tubing, we have that made at a local plastics extruder. As well we sometimes purchase other shapes for which we don't yet have molds from other sources. But we create the interiors for those tubes 100% in our shop from scratch.

Being a true custom maker we can and do adjust our interiors to fit the customer's requests. We offer five stock colors and any custom color requested, we offer multiple sizes and configurations. We offer many styles of interiors.

And lastly we supply interiors occasionally to other case makers.

So respectfully Mr. Chamberlain please stop saying we don't make our interiors. Mr. Justis doesn't make his and so he only offers two sizes and whatever his Chinese supplier decides to build. I will be happy to provide Mr. Justis with alternative interiors for his customers to choose from if he likes. Easy for us since we do in fact have 100% control over the most important part of the cue case, the interior.

i wish you guys would stop all the jaw boning with john

for the simple reason that i want 50 cases now

I've been to John's shop a few times and can attest to the fact that he makes his interior in-house.
 
John, I have one of your cases and it lived up to my expectations. Why do you always insist on all of the drama? Who gives a shit what anyone else says or thinks. Your stuff speaks for itself. Your constant bickering and fiascos take away from your product. Doesn't matter if you are right or wrong. Give it a rest dude. You only hurt yourself. Concentrate on what you do best...make cases.

Actually the problem is Mr Chamberlain wrote something slanderous about John in the open forum where it might potentially affect his business. I would say John is just trying to correct a misinformation and for most parts he's been the one being picked on.

If nothing else has come from reading posts about or including John Barton, I would have to say i have full faith that he is not a lire. He spills his guts and gets going pretty good some times out of passion for his belief in what he does and what he's learned and the pride he takes in it.

On occasion i have felt he was inaccurate with a few things... (with 2.11 million words said on this forum alone, that is understandable) But to call the man a lire bring me to his defense. think what you will about John, he is certainly not a lire.

I think the people that know John and his work,...that have been waiting patiently...for years...that get bumped because of people that order a case or two or three a month or are just a higher priority, know for certain John makes his own interiors...

I started it because even though I had already corrected Mr. Chamberlain earlier on this subject he continues to make remarks implying that we purchase pre-made interiors.

Rather than have to answer this throughout many threads I felt it is best to clarify it in one thread.

not only do you make them but you make the best interiors on the market today. I'm sure all the other case makers know this as well and if they were interested in protecting their customers cues they would be lining up to buy them from you on a regular basis.....just my worthless two cents again.
 
Its nice to see john can post stuff on here all the time but cant answer an email when someone wants to give him business. Great customer service, really makes me want to give him any money.

Two different platforms. There should not be any recent email that is unanswered. Please tell me part of your email address and I will find out why we didn't answer you promptly.

I don't think so. I think that Bobby has been told the wrong information by someone or somehow inferred that we don't make our interiors. He was very specific about making a statement that we don't make our own interiors. He said it's a fact and when asked to provide proof he didn't respond.

Anyway, I just wanted to set the record straight. I guess it's kind of like saying that a famous cue maker doesn't make his own blanks when he most certainly does. Most people know the truth but when someone makes a false statement as Mr. Chamberlain has done it can cast doubt if not addressed.
