Thankyou KJcues for referring me to Jim aka MC2. He's a very giving person
but has a lot of talent and knowledge. He worked with me on the phone for two or three hours. Taught me some Bobcad and we'll be doing more in the near future. He knows how to teach, a rare quality, and knows the product and the application of it. Thanks Jim, you're a hell of a guy....
By the way Jim is the original designer of the Storm CNC that's why he can support it so well! You deserve MORE Jim Let's hear from anyone that knows Jim Babcock and knows what I'm saying.

Bill,

I too can vouch for Jim.

I met him at the US Open a few years ago, and we quickly became friends. Over the last 6 months, we have been working together on many different projects. We share information freely, and it has made me a better machine builder/operator.

Jim will be working with me in my booth at the Super Billiards Expo, so come by and say Hi. I would like to meet you.

Thanks!

I'm in Hamilton Square and am running bobcad if you need some hands on or have any questions I'll be glad to help. I have an align rite.

Offering software support over the phone to people with widely varying levels of experience with CNC has got to be challenging at best ... Jim must have patients for days. ;)

CNC patience

Yes, he does have a lot of patience. I'm not the fastest learner in the world. Very thorough too.

Don't sell your self short Bill. Your experience with Windows will go along way. Of course we have only scratched the surface here. By the way guys, I am using a program simular to PC anywhere to work with Bill. We can share the same work screen. I am interested in if Mach3 can handle remote control from several states away. Don't worry here Bill as I am not crazy enough to actual try that. I am actually looking forward to spending real time with you in my shop after the show.

Jim.

Thanks Royce, I have as well enjoyed the exchange of information. I am looking forward to helping you at the SBE this year. It will be nice actually meeting several of the posters here on AZ. Please don't be shy.

Jim,
Absolutely wouldn't miss going to your shop after the show.
thanks, Bill

Lucky you Bill, I only wish I had someone here in Colorado that could help me with Bobcad and my CNC like you have. I will just keep plugging away. It was nice chatting with you on the phone. Good luck.
