Sorry the stupid question but i know this is where to get the answer. I have won a table from a friend that he never uses and all i needed was the rails, slates and pockets from the table. Its a Brunswick Table don't know what model. On the back of the rails its stamped July 23 1993. I need to know what type of bolts and what size to install the rails to the slate and the pockets to the rails. As the pockets are leather drop in pockets with these metal end tubes that are inserted into the rails to hold in place. Also need the type and size of those bolts. Thanks n Advance

Rail bolts - Qty of 18 - Bolts 3/8 x 2 1/4" (standard thread) with fender or dome washer
Pocket bolts - Qtye of 10 - Bolt 5/16 x 1" (standard thread) with standard 5/16 washer
Slate Screws - Qty of 12 - wood screw #14 x 2 1/2"

double-check to make sure your bolts aren't too long, if they are they will cause damage to the rail.

wow that was fast. Thanks SDBilliards. I have another question the only reason he never put this table together is he thinks he is missing parts. Do you know any good sites for instructions, manuals, or pictures so i can actually see how the table is put together. Cause i might just get everything and buy the parts if so and put it together. Thanks Again a Big Help.

table don't come with manuals or instructions, the makers assume and suggest that table are being assembled by a professional. Perhaps that is your best route.

Scott,
They must have changed. I just delivered & set up a new in box Brunswick for Patio.com and there were no instructions.

Ditto. Granted I never once looked at them, but I remember laughing about their presence. ;)

Insert tab "A" into slot "B", fold over line "C" and.....

I think I remember seeing a table with directions once.....
No wait. I was writing directions on top of the box.
But it had a cool picture oif what the table was supposed to look like when it was finished.
Well, you know, in a weird black and white "faxed and copied too many times ", sort of way.....lol:wink:
I know that I've seen import tables with directions, especially the ones like the Imperial Eliminator/Black Widow, but can't really think of any others out there with a manual/directions.
Now I have a new scavenger hunt to go on.....lol
Have a good weekend guys, looks like I'm getting busy-

Majic, with all do respect. Are you a billiard mechanic? Are you building tables everyday?

Never said I was anything, But if I can helps some poor soul in here then I will try. Some see the cup half full others see it half empty.

The only time I view the cup, half full, is when it's beening filled. By the way, most tables don't come with manuals or instructions, and some of them don't even come in boxes. Not trying to knock you, but this is a subject I deal with on a daily basis.
