I don't give a shit one way or another but I wouldn't spout off too soon. Scott Frost posted on FB this morning that they are starting back up on Aug 1.

I'm NOT a hater at all.. My gripe is don't sit there an say its the best thing since sliced bread to the fans but to some of your pro friends tell them you know it won't last. Some people look up to him and see him as a roll model. BE REAL is that to much to ask?
Hey rack'em, you have a point on JA, but only IF you heard JA say it first-hand. This secondary info that we receive from others is what we quickly want to pass on to others. It's as if, "Hey, look at what I know/heard." Doesn't mean anything.
For Christ sake, give these BB threads up, folks! The darn thing simply needs adjustment. You have to see that this is nothing more than smart business. When things don't seem right in a fledgling company you do some revamping. If that means closing shop for a bit, so be it. That takes discipline and foresight! Quit with the rumors now!!
We all know they don't like the game, They will play anything for a PAYCHECK.
The players are smart enough not to say they don't like the game in public.
I don't walk around my job telling everyone I hate it. Behind closed doors is something completely different.
That glass is filled to 50% of its maximum capacity and currently is twice as big as it needs to be.
Whether is is truly dead or not you didnt really have to be Johnny "Nostradamus" Archer to predict this...

There are lots of people that are against new things (like Bonus Ball).
As you can see, the first helpdesk people had a hard time with people adjusting to new things as well.

As an aside, I don't like Bonus Ball, or at least the idea that it will involve more money making opportunities than regular ole' pool games like 9 and 8 ball. I think the best thing from BB is the team aspect, get people to root for their state team. No-one cares if Tom Brady wins the Super Bowl, we want New England to win!

These are my feelings. I absolutely love the game. The team rotation play and the fact you rarely see a run out. All the different aspects rolled into one game make it great in my opinion. I have voiced my love of bonus ball many times here.
The only worry I ever had was it making it. Even though I love it, I am kind of a pool nerd. I was the only one I know that knew about it. I then showed it to my best pool friend who is also a great player and he loved it just as much as I did. Unfortunately there just might not be enough interest or money in pool. It bums me out because I honestly had more fun watching bonus ball than any pool I can remember.
I will continue to hope for its return and subsequent success. All the "haters" be damned.
