Bonus Ball Stream Tonight (Thursday) Thread

My team lost :( (No offense to my hometown of LA).

I'd be remiss to not say - My stream was chop city the entire match. I do have a good connection (20 Mbps). I am on IE, FWIW. It was every 1 - 10 seconds between chop. And on a good # of occasions, I'd look at the table and see that I'd completely missed not just a shot, but 2.

I enjoyed it nonetheless and trust these kinks will work out.

Looking forward to miking the pros - but wonder how they balance audio if Double J gets it (love his commentary), the players do, or both.

PS: The pretty young women should wear gloves when they handle the balls. Or nothing. JMHO
 
I was able to view the stream tonight and it was much improved over the first outing.
 
I have DSL here at home and using Chrome with Ad block = no commercials. No lag or buffering after the first couple minutes.
 
yeah chrome is the way to go apparently. Perfect stream. 4 buffers the entire night for me. I also must have adblock cuz no commercials.
 
ery decent stream....not choppy but sat once and a while buffering, No big deal. I don't care about 1080. The light table and the vibrant balls are easy to follow. I do think I saw sweats of worriness on Archer's forehead! Clear enough for me!

The bottom line here is we have all the makings of an exciting season. ow long will the Scorpions struggle! How will Earl handle the pressures of thinking so hard! Will the Toronto Blue Sharks win the Championship with two players from Larry's home town and will the Canadian team bring Larry home the first title!

Already, the stream and if this game ever makes tv is irrelevant. It's the players and the teams that are the stars! Nathan, hold the camera and shut up! Nobody cares about you!

Mine also got better as time went by. Just never hit the sweet spot. But I believe WPBL had to switch from their server to UStream - as a second choice. Perhaps otherwise, it'd been a different story.

Get the kinks worked out of your internet browsing experience.:eek: Firefox or Chrome with adblock plus. Smooth, no ads. Adblock is fully customizable too. I have ads turned on here and turned off on Ustream. ;)

:D Internet Explorer or IE is only good for one thing.....downloading firefox or chrome.

I watched tonight and all was smooth as glass. No ads and smooth video. I use Firefox w/ABP.

I agree about the girls touching the balls with their hands. Lee needs to get to work or they need to get gloves.
 
Still needs more bells and whistles... Stats... Filler... More color from the commentators.... Anything that keep the viewer watching and invested.... It's week 2 so I know they have 2 more weeks of rolling out more innovations so I will keep my trap shut...

I watched up until the first half, kind of, and at halftime I got up from the computer didn't remember the match was on until it was all over......

Congrats to Oscar and company and glad to see the streaming is improving... Will have to see what next week brings after another week of tweaks and enhancements.......

I couldn't watch tonight because I had league, but I'm a little surprised Atlanta took another beatdown. Long season though I'm sure they'll get it figured out.
