It's a made-up game being promoted by its inventor, a wealthy Canadian pool fanatic. There's a really neat site called www.google.com that will help you find out more about it, including the official web site for Bonus Ball. Be careful of the spelling of google -- it's not googol as you might expect, if you're a fan of Martin Gardner.
