My son purchased ($75) the Clif Joiner One Pocket 3 set DVD for me at the DCC. They only had the first 2 DVD's but said the 3rd one would be in later that week and would mail it to me. They never sent the 3rd DVD and my son lost the receipt. Does anyone know who the vendor is and or how to contact them?

It was the first vendor on the left as you go into the larger vendor room.

I've never heard of a Joyner 3-dvd set like you talk about. Can you give us some details about what's on them? Thanks.

I remember the DVDs. I want to say it was next to the Baby's Pro Shop booth? Not sure if it was them or not. I know that I saw Wade Crane sitting at the table one day. Hope that helps

Thanks guys--I really appreciate the information and I will contact them. After I get the 3rd DVD I'll give a review if anyone wants one.

I watched the first DVD of Killer 1-pocket last night and I want my money back. The production quality is very poor. It hasn't been edited at all, and the sound and video stopped matching half way through.
:(

That is what I found also. I wonder if there really is a 3rd DVD???

BeBob Publishing [Bob Henning], has not replied to my request for the order status.

E-mail and phone mesage not returned yet.

I think you'll find that Bob Henning is a reputable guy. He may be away from home at another tournament right now? He's not a crook.

I had a funny experience with that booth this year.

I was walking the hallway with my camera taking shots of the crowd and vendors lining the hallway and vendor rooms. I was standing in the doorway of the room lining up a shot of Sureman's booth when a lady at the book booth, who I wasn't even looking at, says "Do not take any pictures of this booth or anyone in it" in snotty as hell kind of way.

I just looked at her, reminded myself to NEVER buy or recommend ANYTHING from these people and moved on. What was funny was that I never came close to pointing my camera in her direction, yet she came across with the attitude I was some crazed papparizzi out to catch her in some compromising situation. She was that adamant about it. Which is why it struck me so funny.

All she had to say, IF I lined up shot was " No pictures please". No problem I understand what have you got to sell? I probably would have bought something. I did from everyone else there :D . But man was she bad about it. Must of been the 1000's of people wanting pictures of the book booth.

Yes, there is a 3rd DVD. Its about 25 minutes long. Some difficult 1P shots from Cliff.
The first DVD is a mess. Just about the 1P break. Production quality is very poor.
The 2nd DVD is over an hour long. About 4 games with Cliff describing the correct shot. It appears to be a single take. No stopping. No editing. They must have done that after they couldn't clean up the first DVD.

At the end of each DVD they give a Ph# and identify themselves as world class pool productions.

Good luck getting satisfaction.

Thnaks to all for the information. I will wait a little longer.I'm not trying to knock the DVD or the vendor---but I am dissatisfied at this point. Actually just some credit on other merchandise would be OK.

Good News

Bob Henning left a message for me today and said that the DVD's will be edited and he will send me copies of the first two after editing and will also send the 3rd DVD. The problem was with the production company. Bob said he was out of town and didn't get the message soon enough to reply right away.
