I'm currently reading "Running the Table" by Jon Wertheim which is about Danny Basavich, which has been good thus far (I'm about 2/3 through it).

Once I'm finished, I plan on reading "Hustler Days" by RA Dyer.

Any other recommendations?

Pool Wars, Green felt jungle, banking with the beard, I'm sure there is plenty of others but that the ones that come to mind.

P.S. Banking with the Beard is a instruction book with some great stories in it, well worth the money imo.

The book is good but the main character is not very popular these days

I liked "Playing Off The Rail" although I think the author sprinkled in a lot of fiction and embellishments, and the main character is not looked upon with favor these days, to put it mildly......

Do a search, you'll find at least a few threads dealing with this topic. I have a bunch but I don't have time to list them now.
